Need roommates in Coral Gables 3 bedroom Home - Price: 1,800

Nice furnished home in Coral Gables. It is a three bedroom house which I will ocupy one(I am barely there) I am wanting 2 more roommates or couples to ocupy the other 2 rooms. I live in the front of the house with my own ensuite bathroom. I do not use the kitcken at all. Roommates will have full access to furnished house and back patio also the kitchen is fully equiped and will be for roomamtes. I only have access my room and music room. Cable U-verse TV is included U-verse wireless Internet and garbage collection. Roommates Need to pay electric bill and water bill. 1 800 deposit (last month) plus first month 1 800. Total of 3 200 will move you in. ONLY interested parties good for a couple and kids or kid. They would have a 2 bedroom one bathroom in the heart of the Gables to themselves.....pls call 305 2820319 if interested move in ready November 1 2013.
