1yr old Perfect Family Dog Queensland Mix

Brady is an 11 month old (will be 1 year on April 6th) Queensland Mix (Mom was purebred Queensland Dad was a Lab Mix). Brady is the perfect family dog for any family He has been around and grew up with my now 2.5 year old and has been amazing around my newborn. He is very loving affectionate disciplined and always eager to please. He is not a barker only when someone comes to the door he lets you know they are there. He gets along with other dogs and knows many basic commands and learns very quickly He is kennel trained and he will come with his crate and bed as well. He loves baths to go on walks is potty trained My son can literally stick his hand in his mouth and pull out his tongue this dog does not have a mean bone in his body This was a tough decision to make for my husband and I unfortunately we cant give Brady the adequate time and affection he deserves especially now with our newborn. It breaks our heart but its just bad timing . This dog is an incredible dog many people compliment on his disposition and looks He does still NEED TO BE NEUTERED BUT has never sprayed lifted his leg nor has he acted any way dominant (our cats beat him up) he definitely is not the Alpha type. Nor does he act anyway like a in tact male still. He is great for baths and amazing for nail trims He still has his puppy energy so he definitely needs walks or a backyard or space to run around and play fetch I am asking a 40 rehoming fee for Brady. please email for more pictures or any questions Thank you who ever adopts this lucky boy will be one happy family
