I have a small LLC that buys remodels and sells distressed properties. I have been in this business for 40 years.Afew years ago I had a medical problem with a large price tag. I had to claim bankrupcy because I was in no situation to pay off this medical bill. The courts came in and took every thing that I owned and then some. As a result I can no longer get funding for my projects I have several funding sources that will give me a line of credit if I have a partner.That partner will have to have a credit score of 700 or more.This partner will have to co-sign for the loan. Don t leave me now please read furthur. As a co-signer neither party is responsible for the default of payments on this loan. What happens is the funder takes out an insurance policy on this loan. My LLC pays for the premium payments on this loan. This loan does not show up on any of the credit score companies. The only way that this loan will be used for is to purchase remodel and sell real estate properties. The way this line of credit works is I will withdraw a some of money for my project. I pay interest ONLY on the money that is withdrawn..You will not be resposible to pay for any payments and it will not revert back to you in any way. There is no legal way that you are a responsible party in this transation. If you wish I can give you the phone number of the funding party so that you may speak with them about this matter. If you undersand this process and would like to become my partner by co-signing for this line of credit My LLC will pay you a sum of 1000.00 per month as long as the loan is in affect.
