Hey there I m Butters . I m year old and spayed. I was adopted from Pet Savers recently. After my adoption Pet Savers called to send veterinarian records to my new owner to find out I had been given to their aunt. The staff went out to the given address and found me tied to the porch which violates the Pet Savers adoption agreement.
