Jonah Paul is a Japanese Chin. This type of dog was breed specifically to be a companion for humans. Jonah Paul loves to be with people. He is very intelligent and has come a long way from the traumatized pup his foster picked up from the shelter. Jonah was never going to make it at the shelter the noise and atmosphere were to much for him to handle. JP is nice with children and other dogs his size. He can get a little testy with bigger dogs when he feels threatened. He wants to be a lap dog and be held or be with his human all the time. He isn t a big fan of dog treats but won t say no to a slice of cucumber or carrot This kid is working on house breaking. With a little bit of work because he is so smart he should be completely house trained soon. JP sleeps in a crate at night to learn that being crated isn t a bad thing but his foster family would trust him to sleep with them. He loves to cuddle He whines for a few minutes when he is 1st put in his crate but then settles down....
