This is the Animal Description Header Surrender Notes 3 24 16 This past Friday night I spent three hours in the Santa Rosa ER with breathing problems and was diagnosed with asthmatic bronchitis. I was told I should not have pets. I need to find a new home for my Ruby. Ruby is an amazing Hound mixture. I adopted her from a young woman who had just gotten her from Contra Costa Animal Services. Ruby is a cute red puppy just turning a year on February eighth. She weighs in around 102lbs she has super long legs which make us think she may have some Good Dane. She also looks like Rhodesian Ridgeback without the ridge Or maybe a Black Mouthed Cur...she s got it all Ruby is a very tall dog she s lean and just lovely to look at. She s still very much a puppy and her size can be somewhat off-putting until you get to know her. She s a big dog and sadly some people associate big dog with mean dog and that simply isn t the case with Ruby....
