Mia (estimated to be 9 yrs old and weighs 41.5 pounds) was rescued from a terrible hoarding and neglect situation involving 160 dogs and cats in Adams County OH. It was such a massive situation that local authorities called in the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) to assist in the rescue operation. PAWS was able to take twelve dogs from that situation and sweet Mia is 1 of them. Mia is an absolutely beautiful Doberman Pinscher. She is the cutest kindest and most gentle loving dog. She gets along with everyone two legged and four legged beings. She has come such a long way from when she was 1st rescued. She was isolating herself not knowing what to expect in her new world outside of the hoarding situation. She has adjusted beautifully and loves to snuggle give love and be loved by her Foster Mom and her pet dog. It is so cute to watch Mia and her doggy sister interact Mia requires daily medications for chronic but very treatable conditions....
