Hello my name is Lucy Lou formerly known as Muffin. I ve been in foster care for quite some time now but my foster Mom says there is a someone out there just waiting to love me they just haven t found me yet. She calls me a Miniature Shepherd even though there is no such breed. I am a small 35 pound girl with a little brindle in my reddish coat. I love long walks and just sitting on the deck making sure no squirrels invade the yard. I ll be a loyal friend and lay by your chair or next to your bed. I get along well with other dogs and would like a playmate if you have 1 for me but I have lived as an only dog for most of my life. I ve only had 1 other home but my person had to move to assisted living and could not take me with. I am house broken crate trained and I know the commands sit and stay. I recently hurt my back but after a few weeks of rest the doctor said I made nice progress and could start taking walks and slowly get back to normal....
