Responsibilities The Data Center Delivery Supervisor is a senior member of the customer support organization and participates in the configuration & installation of Data Center Infrastructure in support of the delivery of IT end user services. Primary responsibilities include Incident handling availability and performance monitoring routine start-up and shut-down and the maintenance of operating plans and schedules.
