HVAC Technician

Responsibilities The HVAC Tech performs trouble-shooting and repairs on all types of industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Under general supervision operates standard HVAC testing equipment and tools. Works on mechanical and electrical systems and equipment as assigned. Ensures timely entry of information into equipment and systems maintenance logs. Implements standard trade practices and procedures coexistent with proper safety precautions to produce quality workmanship. Performs basic troubleshooting and repairs as assigned. Implements standard trade practices consistent with HVAC industry requirements. Operate Building Management System (BMS) to check status and trouble shoot as needed.
