I HAVE A SPONSOR BUDDY MY ADOPTION FEE IS PAID. Hey there stranger My name is Alexis and I am a 5 year old Lab mix. I am a little shy but with the right family and a little love I am sure I can warm up to you just great. Hope to visit with you soon HOW DID I COME INTO HHHS I came to the shelter in July because my previous owner could no longer care for me. I am ready to go home with my forever family HEIGHT 21 at the shoulder WEIGHT 63.4 lbs.HOW MUCH EXERCISE DO I NEED Regular exercise will keep me happy and healthy. I would love to go on a walk with you and maybe play with some toys after I warm up to my new environment. DO I KNOW ANY TRICKS My previous owner said I did know a few tricks like sit down shake and speak.AM I A GOOD INSIDE DOG I think I would make a great inside dog. I would love to be inside with my family so we can play and cuddle. Just make sure to take me out often for potty breaks Kennel time can be comforting if you make it a good experience for me give me my favorite toy and some treats and I will mostly sleep while you are gone.DO I LIKE CATS I think I might do better in a home with no cats. I am a little too interested in them and I think I would be a bother to them. DO I LIKE CHILDREN I would need to be in a home with no small children over 8 years old would be best. I am afraid that smaller kids would not give me the space I need. To make sure it is a good fit for both you and I make sure to bring the whole family in to meet me please DO I LIKE OTHER DOGS My previous owner said that I did get along with some dogs I think I prefer male dogs over female dogs though. If you have other dogs at home be sure to bring them in to the shelter to meet with me please. I cannot wait to meet my new forever family.
