Please email for an application.UPDATE---April 22 2016---Amber has turned into such a sweet little love bug. She loves her canned food loves getting her head scratched and purrs for attention. She is waiting just for you Come see Amber at Petsmart in Greensburg most Sundays.Little Amber was part of a colony of cats living outside in Forbes Rd. SOS went in for a trapping (TNR) project to help a woman who was feeding over 10 cats(strays) but just couldn t afford to fix them all. She knew the responsible thing to do was sterilize them before more kittens appeared.A few of them we felt had a chance of being adoptable with a little work love and patience. Amber was one of them. She never once hissed swatted or growled through the whole ordeal of being trapped transported for surgery and recovering in a crate. She just curled up in a corner and looked terrified. She is now spayed up to date on vaccines flea treated and inside nice and warm for the first time ever. She is allowing her foster mommy to pet her clean her eyes and even let her pick her up a few times. Amber is gorgeous probably 10-12 months old and just needs some time to see that humans are awesome nothing to be feared. Her ear was tipped by the facility doing her spay because she was supposed to be released but we just couldn t put her back out when she showed so much potential. Her ear doesn t take away from her beauty just makes her unique.Amber will be available near the beginning of March. We want a few weeks to monitor her adjustment to the spoiled indoor life.
