Hi my name is Sunshine Gay. I m 14yrs old and weigh about 20lbs. I had been with my human dad for 14yrs but he got sick and did not come home 1 day. I was really scared but my furry dad Elvis was there to protect me. We were left all alone in our house most of the time until 1 day we got to go some place new. Some good people from BTRFL came to get us and take us to a foster home. Me and Elvis get a room to ourselves at out foster home and my foster mom and dad come play with us a lot. We even have a real human bed just for us. I really love getting my belly rubbed and when it s belly rubbing time I try to get more than Elvis. Our foster mom and dad are really good. They talk to us a lot and give us toys bones and treats. I don t know what I would have done if I did not have Elvis when I was scared but I m happy here now and I love my new foster mom and dad....
