You earn your time off one month at a time. 4 weeks 20 days. 20 days divided by 12 months is 1.67 days a month or 13.33 hours a month. You start off with 1.67 days and earn an additional 1.67 days every month during your first year. If you need more time off than that then this is not the place to work.
