I have a lease with the traditions at northgate that runs out in May I am needing to sublease. It is a 2BR but there is not roommate and not sure if there will ever be one unless they end up filling it which I don t see happening. I will tell you right away that you are looking at about 1000 a month BUT that includes all you can eat food at their caf and unlimited utilities and parking in the garage all included in the rent. The location and amenities they offer really make it a great place to live for students or really anyone looking to be close to campus or northgate. You will be getting a better deal through me than going to get your own lease there since I am a past resident.
