Pepper and Bingo sounds like a really cool rock band from the 80 s Well these 2 are definitely rockers at heart They have totally 80 s big rock band hair they re seniors but don t let that ruin their image and they like to steal hearts These once beloved pets found themselves behind bars. Of course not because these rock stars did too much partying or trashed any hotel rooms but unfortunately because their owner passed away and didn t have a plan for them. Well Pepper and Bingo are believe to be 15(we believe Pepper to be a bit younger) but they are both nice with cats dogs children and house trained. So if you have a soft spot for crazy haired miniature poodles bonded pairs and lots of love then these two are just what the doctor ordered ...
