Ruby is a lovely ten year old white Angora female with a rich history and a quirky personality. We think she may have some rag doll in her because she flops everywhere when you pick her up -- so much so that her foster describes her as Slinky cat. Ruby was initially owned by an older person who sadly passed away. She lost her 2nd home when her house was foreclosed on and her owner simply let her out and left her to fend for herself. Some kindly neighbors made sure she received food and water while looking for a foster for her and after a brief stint outdoors she was rescued on 1 of the coldest days of the year. This little survivor is now enjoying a home that s warm and has places to explore she runs everywhere with purpose and determination. She s also a ground-dwelling cat who enjoys snuggling up in the bottom cozy of the cat tree (read your countertops are safe). She s as soft as she is lovely and she adores being petted although it may take her a while to warm up to people in new situations....
