Phil is a bit of a wallflower waiting to come out of his shell. He seems a bit timid but we don t think he s fearful. More likely he is getting used to the new environment and all the people here at the shelter. Nonetheless he is eager to go for a walk and stroll around with his handler. Phil came to AHS from 1 of our partner shelters so we don t know much about his background. He appears to be a low energy kinda guy but who knows That may change once he s comfortable in his new home. Expect that he will need some time to get used to his new family and learn the rules of his new home.
