Friendly 1.5 yr old Sugar adores attention and to run around. She is deaf and needs all the basic training using hand signals. She gets along with other dogs cats and has lived with kids. She is allergic to fleas and grass so will need to be on inexpensive flea repellent and anti-histamines for the rest of her life. Someone also tried to steal her from her yard by pulling her up with her front legs until her arms were dislocated. She is recovered from this but the legs are still sensitive. If you are willing to deal with her health issues you ll end up with a special life-time friend The application screening process for potential adopters usually takes about 24 hours except when it falls over a weekend or holiday and then it may take 2 or three days. We ask that potential adopters please be patient with us we are only trying our best to ensure that the homeless pets in our care get the best possible home.
