One-year-old Lydia s life didn t get off to a very nice start When her previous owner a drug dealer in Eastern Kentucky got tired of her he threw her onto the highway and took a few shots at her. Laws being what they are in Kentucky nothing will be done to him ... but lucky Lydia went to a rescue and was finally cared for properly.Her foster mom told us that Lydia is (not surprisingly ) a bit timid but very cute and friendly and gets along just fine with children cats and other dogs.
