Cottage Program Manager

The Program Manager oversees all aspects of the therapeutic operation of a 6-8 bed boys residential cottage. Experience supervising training and coaching of direct care staff required ideally in a residential or inpatient psychiatric setting. Experience with children and or adolescents required. Must be able to develop and enact a vision of highly therapeutic cottage-based treatment that is in line with Sanctuary and trauma-informed care.
