Charlie-3 is a five year old pure bred Cocker Spaniel who is eagerly awaiting his new forever home. He is full of puppy energy and eagerness to please but also loves cuddling for hours on the couch next to his humans. This lovable boy has been through several training courses and is a joy to work with. He knows his basic commands very well walks good on a leash and is easily redirected when distracted with a simple leave it. He is house-trained and has been living in a home with a doggy door and large fenced backyard. He has been crated in the past but would prefer to just sleep on the couch all day instead.Although he may initially come off as shy and apprehensive Charlie quickly warms up to strangers and seeks endless pets and belly rubs. His previous owners are having to re-home him due to some resource guarding behavior. Despite extensive training the behavior has persisted and Charlie is not able to stay with this expanding family....
