Quantity 1 Unit Location Pensacola Florida United States Condition In July 2012 the unit was being transported from the original facility to location. It was loaded on a heavy haul trailer at the facility and was on a grade level street at the time of the incident. Reportedly a trailer tire blew out in an intersection and caused a shift in dunnage supporting the nacelle. The shifting load resulted in the nacelle sliding off the left side of the trailer. The nacelle came to rest with the right bottom corner in contact with the pavement and the bottom center of the nacelle supported by the left edge of the trailer. Subsequently the nacelle was lifted onto the trailer and returned to the facility. No further evaluation was made of the incident.
