Hi My name is Jack and I m a Cairn terrier looking for a nice home. Even though I weigh 40lbs sometimes I think I m a lap dog because once I get to know you I ll want to hang out with you and be your best friend. And even though I m eight-years-old I can have the energy of a puppy. I love to play tug of war and I ll chase balls. But mostly I m pretty mellow sunbathing or going with you for a ride in the car. I ve had a bit if a rough life so far so the doggy dogtor has me on some medication to keep my anxiety in check. But otherwise I m as healthy as can be. But my foster mommy thinks something bad must have happened at a veterinarian s office because I m SCARED of them. Like most dogs of my breed I like to chase so a home without kitty cats would be best. Also I d be better off without your kids. Teenagers would be fine though I m house trained and never had an accident in the house. I m also crate trained though I ll whine for a minute or 2 when it s time to go to my crate....
