Adopt Pepper a Black Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) Mixed dog in Wichi

We would like to introduce PEPPER to everyone. He is now seeing the world a bit differently than when we 1st got him. Picked up as a stray by the city and not claimed he came to us so matted that he had to be shaved down. There were so many sticks and juniper branches in the mats it took 2 blades to shave him down as they became too dull to cut the hair. Soon his hair will grow back and he will be such a attractive little guy. We think he is about three years old. So far he is a adorable boy who is progressing on his training very well. Please look at the before photos of him his face was so matted we were not sure he could see much at all. He is so happy now and we have promised him that he will only go to a forever home that understands the importance of proper grooming on dogs....
