Claims Service Representative

Responsible for handling incoming calls from customers regarding claim status on their auto and home claims. Provide support for the entire claims organization by giving our customers a way in which to be serviced when their claim representative is unknown or unavailable. By way of reviewing the claim notes for direction they are also able to assign services such as rental. In addition on an overflow basis as available they also handle incoming First Notice of Loss claim set up calls.
