KARA Female 2 yrs and AVAILABLE - for more photos of KARA please click -X ----XX.- kara_2016.html Meet KARA This sleek and shiny two year old girl has been an absolute joy to have in her foster home. KARA has the sweetest expression one of curiosity and eagerness to please. She has the smoothest black and white coat and just loves to be pet all over. We especially love the darling freckles on her legs. At about 40 pounds she s a perfect size for just about anything. KARA loves to engage in play with her border collie pack mates and they do zoomies all around the yard seemingly tirelessly. What fun to watch When KARA has had her fill she will come straight back inside and calm right back down to nice inside manners. She has gotten along great with all the other dogs in her foster home and even ignores the cats so a home with kitties and other dogs shouldn t be a problem for her. KARA enjoys car rides and rides quietly in a crate. Mostly she just likes to go anywhere with her foster mom. KARA is a bit suspicious of new people at first giving us a few muffled barks to let us know she knows someone new is in the house. Once KARA has been introduced properly however she is friendly and goes about her business playing with her friends. She gets along fine with the 9 year old boy in her home and runs excitedly to her crate for meals when she hears him scooping up the dog food. KARA has adapted well to ranch life in her foster home following along off leash with the daily chores and feedings and while she does like to go investigate new smells she has a good recall and doesn t let her foster mom out of her sight. KARA seems to know a few commands such as come and sit . She has not had any accidents in her foster home either. KARA is crate trained in the house (as well as the car) and sleeps quietly through the night. Like most young dogs KARA would benefit from additional obedience training learning additional basic commands and walking on a leash but she has a wonderful attitude and seems eager to please her people. KARA is micro-chipped spayed heart worm negative and on preventative and up to date on vaccinations.
