After investigating the call and seeing the condition Tucker was in animal control forced the owner to surrender him. Tucker is a 9 mnth old hound who came to the shelter on 1 29 16 at less than 25lbs. We have taken a before and after picture of this cute boy. He is so loving an affectionate. He is a cute boy that likes to wrap his paws around his owner and not let go. He needs an owner who can give calm consistent and patient understanding with a sensitivity to his needs and feelings. He has a heart of gold and once he has his confidence back is sure to make a nice companion animal for the right family. He has been in the shelter for a little over four months and is a very affectionate boy....
