REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with Checkpoint security solutions usually gained over 5-7 years including recent versions of Checkpoint in high-availability clustered configurations installing and upgrading Checkpoint Smart Center Expertise in all common networking concepts including but not limited to The OSI model TCP IP ports and protocols Layer 2 switching concepts (e.g. Spanning Tree) Layer 3 routing concepts (e.g. Route mapping) Knowledge of OSPF configuration and troubleshooting DNS and DHCP Extensive knowledge of Checkpoint firewall best practices Practical knowledge of IDS IPS systems Working knowledge of content filters (e.g. Websense or similar) preferred Strong presentation and verbal communication skills Superior detailed writing...read moreApply NowCompany
