Magnum You know Higgins that was a bit of alright. Higgins Don t hand me that wretched understatement I was bloody marvelous. -Jonathan Quayle Higgins from Magnum P.I.Pertaining to our Higgins even marvelous is an understatement Higgins is a 3yr old black and white Border Collie mixture weighing 52 pounds. He is always dressed to the nines in his dashing tuxedo and white gloves. We simply can t comprehend how such a precious attractive boy ended up in a southern high kill shelter but he did. Not only that but he had those awful heart worms so obviously he was never given the love attention and care he should have had. Thankfully Higgins was pulled into rescue and brought to full health. He has already undergone heartworm treatment and has successfully completed his month long rehab and recovery. This means our dignified gentleman is now available to find his way into a forever loving home. Higgins is already house and crate trained....
