Adopt Madison a Black Labrador Retriever Mixed dog in Denton TX

We got Madison as a puppy (she was found in a parking lot). We had a baby at the time so she has grown up with little kids. She is nice with kids They can sit on her or pull her hair and she doesn t snap.She is now 4yrs old. She has outgrown the puppy behaviors of chewing digging or destroying things. She can be trusted to be alone in the house without a crate (she is also fine in a crate). While she loves to cuddle in general she is pretty independent. She does her own thing and loves to explore. She also loves playing with other dogs. In general she take alpha dog roles though so she may not do as well with other alphas.She can get excited in new situations or with new people but she is very calm at home. She is youthful enough to love going on a run with her owner or playing fetch for long periods of time. However she does not act out if she doesn t have this sort of activity daily....
