Skilled Labor Technicians Technician Jobs for Immediate Hire TradeSTAR the leader in low voltage and electrical Staffing & Recruiting are currently seeking multiple technicians for immediate positions available in the Greater Dallas Fort Worth Texas area. These positions are working on large commercial construction sites installing Communication cabling security fire alarm systems Access control CCTV etc . WE WILL TRAIN FOR FREE Immediate Positions Available for Those who qualify Network Cabling Installer (Tech I II) Entry Level (0 months-6months) WE WILL PROVIDE AN ENTRY LEVEL TRAINING CLASS FOR FREE Level I (6 months to 2 yrs. of experience) Familiar with all EIA TIA standards. Capable of identifying pulling and labeling Cat3 5 5e Cat 6 and fiber optic cable. Installing support structures (J-hooks support rings cable slings and cable tray ladder rack). Termination of work station outlets (110 style as well as Panduit). These techs potentially have some exposure to closet dressing termination of closet equipment and multi-pair color code terminations. Some exposure to the dummy end of most test kits. Level II (2 year to 4 years experience) Familiar with all EIA TIA standards. Capable of identifying pulling and labeling Cat3 5 5e Cat 6 and fiber optic cable. Installing support structures (J-hooks support rings cable slings and cable tray ladder rack). Termination of work station outlets and closet equipment (110 & 66 blocks Patch panel). These techs have some exposure fiber terminations. Experience with both ends of basic level testing as well as high level testing and documentation. Termination experience with multi-pair strand cable (Copper and fiber). Capable of reading blue prints identifying cable paths and some assistance with site surveys and bidding. Capable of leading small crews of 3-7 technicians. ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE 1. Valid Drivers License 2. Pass Criminal Background Check 3. Have own Transportation 4. Must be willing to work Days night or Weekends. 5. Must be willing to work all over the MetroPlex- Not optional 6.
