Experience Must have two years experience operating and maintaining industrial ammonia refrigeration equipment. OR have progressed through the FNG Refrigeration Helper (Trainee) position and passed the Refrigeration Technician 1 Training Program and Test. Qualifications Must exhibit leadership skills self motivation good communication skills a positive attitude and be able to use sound reasoning to make timely decisions affecting safety and production.
