Carl and his puppies along with their mother were rescued after the family botched their tail crops by chopping off their tails with scissors. The tails became horribly infected. They were also losing their home and moving into an apartment and could not afford the puppy bills or continue to care for the puppies and the parents. The vet told us they needed our help and we stepped up to take in this family. They are sweet adult dogs. Mom is calm but can be reactive to other females on leash (this may improve once she is separated from her pups). Dad is athletic and playful. Pups will be 8 weeks soon and ready for adoption...
