DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES Hastings Utilities has an opening for a new position of Director of Human Resources to develop plan organize direct and administer the HR functions of Hastings Utilities which employs over 200 people. A key responsibility is developing and administering the policies and procedures related to Human Resources. Work also includes assisting the Manager of Utilities and department directors and supervisors in the day to day administration and interpretation of wages benefits and statutory compliance.
