Maintenance Technician

Locally owned real estate management firm seeks a maintenance technician for a multisite multifamily community position. Qualified candidates will have at least five years experience in residential maintenance with an emphasis in HVAC electrical plumbing and make ready. A Type II or universal EPA certification for HVAC with experience in effective troubleshooting and replacement of HVAC units is heavily preferred. Additionally desired skills include drywall painting carpentry appliance repair and parts inventory ordering management. This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) position.
