She is very active and playful and loves people.She is black with a white chest and belly with white paws and almond (brown) colored eyes. She may appear to be missing fur around her eyes and under her ears due to food allergies. She was last seen in E 5th street at the Milligan intersection going west. She was wearing a blue collar with no tags.
