This is lucky. Lucky is so named by his current caregiver because he has had some close calls but is still here and being loved getting ready for a furever home. This little sweetheart gentleman and lover boy has had a tough journey. We don t know his complete history since kitten-hood but what we do know pertains to the last fives year or so. Way back when his current person began feeding him soon after he 1st appeared. Other cats come to eat at her house and she has helped rescue over a dozen cats He was very guarded and would not come around for long periods of time. Unable to catch him when he would come around she just tried to make sure he had food. At some point a nearby person had him trapped neutered and released. Recently he appeared with a wounded rear leg. He was taken to her veterinarian and it s there they learned about his being FIV . This is Feline Immunodeficiency Virus and means a cat with it MAY some day experience lowered immunity and develop illness....
