This bundle of energy is Cassie. Cassie is a little over a year old and is probably a mixture of miniature Australian Shepherd some Corgi and a little bit of Shetland Sheepdog. She came out of the local shelter with heart worms which have now been treated and she is now on preventative so she doesn t ever have to go through that again. Cassie is a very active dog. She d be a nice running buddy for someone or she would be good at a dig sport such as agility. She s extremely smart and loving. Cassie is crate trained (because of her heart worm treatment she s had to stay in a crate now for 2 months) but she much prefers to be with people and other animals. Cassie gets along well with the fosters other dogs and is fine with the fosters cats. She has a medium to high energy level but can settle down and can often be found laying down beside her foster mom while foster mom works on the computer. She is somewhat afraid of storms but does okay if she s with people or other animals....
