Looking for an apartment that will accept a felony - Price: $600

Hi I am seeking an apartment for my small family. My boyfriend daughter and I are looking to rent a 2 bedroom apartment. He has a felony over 15 years old on his record and we both have little to no credit. I have a good job. Paying rent would not be an issue. He also works but it is construction and no always consistent. Our issue has been finding a place that will give us a chance with this felony. We really need a place to live soon as the house we are paying rent on is getting foreclosed on. I am worried about being homeless with a child because of this. Please if anyone knows any renters that will give us a chance or any if you are a renter please email me. I greatly appreciate it. I am also willing to pay more for a deposit rent if you are willing to let us move in.
