Cockatiel to good home. 5 year old male

I am looking for someone who has a lot of time to dedicate to this bird as he was rescued from a bad home and I have not been able to train him as much as he deserves. I just don t have the time to give him the attention he deserves which is causing behaviors like screaming for attention and as I know not a thing but what I have tried to read on cocktails I don t know what to do. I hate to give him up but have tried all I know to make him happy and he is clearly not. It is my family also complaining constantly about his screaming fits. I hope that iI can find a compassionate and patient person who is interested in giving my little friend the love and attention he needs. please call me at 509- 818-5880 anytime. I can and will deliver him to your home with cage and toys and food. I am having to put down my 16-year-old Chiweenie very soon but would like to get this out of the way and off my sad mind before moving on to the next sad issue with my little dog whom has been my best buddy for 16 years now but age has taken its toll and she isn t having a quality of life anymore.
