Dixie is a stunning two year old Potcake dog that was rescued from Mexico. Shes around 70 pounds so a large dog but will cuddle like a lapdog. The Potcake breed is basically a mixed breed dog so we are just picking Labrador Doberman as those are the closest breeds that we see. Dixie is such a special dog because she wants to love and trust everyone and does try to but she does have fears. She seems to prefer women and trusts them more but she also needs someone that is dog smart and can be loving and firm with her. She bonds very strongly to her person and can be protective so someone that can let her know she can relax because her owner is in charge would help her to know she doesn t always have to be on guard . ...
