My name is Maggie and I m up for adoption I came into the rescue because my human mommy passed away. I am 6yrs old and have been with her since I was a baby. My mommy s last wish was for me to find a family who will love me and take good care of me like she did. I m a laid back girl who likes to go for walks and car rides. I make friends easily with canines and felines and although I can be a little shy at 1st toward a human I haven t met before I do warm up quickly and will be in their lap in no time. I have nice house manners and use the doggie door to do my business and I don t mess with anything in the house that isn t mine. I m affectionate and like to cuddle up next to my human whether on the sofa watching TELEVISION or snuggling in the bed. Although I am small in stature I could stand to lose a few pounds. Before my mom got sick she walked me every day several times a day then once she got sick we didn t go out much and I just ate....
