Thanks Nancy Derek and Pilots n Paws for getting Rowan to a safe place Rowan is about 1 1 two years old. A neutered McNab. Rowan was not doing well in the Ukiah shelter he s sensitive and was shutting down in the kennel environment. Since he got here he began decompressing immediately. The other dogs are helping for sure. He is absolutely appropriate with other dogs and the shyness will fall away after he has a little time to relax. what a difference 24 hours has already made Rowan is like a feather on a leash. I don t want to drag him around but if I just clip a leash on I can barely tell he s there he is so easy. Flew here like a champ too. He was tethered not crated and then rode in the car back to the house and he does good.
