Cherry This is baby girl. She is 5 and a half weeks old now (5 19 16). We call her Cherry. Life is a bowl of cherries not the pits She is making the best of what she was given born with severe cerebellar hypoplasia. Cerebellar hypoplasia (CH) is where a kitten (or dog) is born with an underdeveloped cerebellum the part of the brain that controls fine motor skills and balance. She often falls down and has trouble walking. Her head bobbles when she is listening to us or just watching things. She can t quite move around like her brother (We ve named him Kiwi Yes we have gone fruity ) but she gets around just fine. She does fall here and there but she eventually gets where she is going. She can t jump so she plays with her toys brother and blankets on the floor and loves to attack them. When I come into the room she s always the 1st to walk to me and greet me.
