Oscar came to our facility incredibly matted scared and thin. Now that he has a new haircut he has a new outlook on life and is ready to take on the world He is a Havanese mixture that is about 15lbs and as we groomed him up we noticed his eyes are cloudy and he has limited (if any) vision. Because he was a stray we don t have any background on him but we know he gets along with the dogs in his kennel and he was GOOD for his groom We think he might be best in a home with older kids (ages ten and up) due to the fact that he might not have 100% vision. His adoption payment includes he is neutered micro chipped and up to date on all vaccines as well as current with flea tick treatments and heart worm preventative.
