15 hand 9 year old Palomino AQHA Gelding

Zander is a nine year 15 hand AQHA palomino gelding. This horse stays gentle has a friendly personality and really wants to please. He has been used on the ranch to do some sorting gathering and checking fences. Zander is fun to ride outside on the trails and in the arena. He has a brisk ground covering walk and can go all day. He has been patterned on the barrels and been hauled to 4H shows and gymkhanas. On trail he can ride up down and through steep rocky terrain and gets around well in rough country. He is solid around the neighborhood and is confident around traffic bicycles and barking dogs. Zander is also well trained in the arena and rides both Western and English. He is very light sided and moves easily off of light leg pressure. He will collect himself up nicely and can hold it from a walk into the trot and is starting to hold it at the canter. Zander neck reins has a exquisite side pass backs up nicely spins and stops easily when asked. He is an athletic horse and has some speed if you ask for it....
