Age five years...MEET GIDEON..beaten and abused he was rescued from underneath a car (finally after evading his rescuers) rushed to the veterinarian for much needed care surgery and kindness. While at the veterinarian recuperating he learned that people can be very gentle and loving. He s still a bit wary of other dogs (who knows what this little guy went thru loose and injured on the mean streets of LA) Gideon is looking for a quiet home with his humans home more hours than they are away. A kind home. A home with humans who have experience dealing with fear issues. A home willing to teach him to play.and sit stay lay down etc. He is also hand shy . That said Gideon is becoming very trusting. Less growly. Happier. Loves his walks.but doesn t want another dog in his space. Dog parks are not for Gideon. We feel an only-dog home is best for this medium energy sweety. All adults or older kid-home is best also....
