Nakota. My name means Strong Spirit. And I will need a strong spirit to regain my confidence and bravery. Sorry this is so long but I need to tell you about me. I am Nakota and I am a rescue puppy. I am a 5-month old male short coat Border Collie and I weigh about 32 pound and I still have some growing to do. I will probably be about 64 pound when full grown so I am not a little dog. I am a little sad right now. I was rescued from a scary place but I am still very frightened. I know everyone is trying to help me but it is difficult to trust humans because I was not treated well in the only home I knew. But I am smart resilient and have a strong spirit from my name. I will recover and I hope you will consider helping me on my journey. I love other dogs and I want so badly to play with them. And I met a cat and wanted to play with him too...I m not sure he liked me as much. So if I could have a home with another dog I know it will help my recovery. After all I am just a baby. ...
