Leonard is a charmer who loves to love. Like his namesake Leonard Cohen he also likes to sing although in a higher pitch than the legendary baritone singer. Leonard is waiting to show someone constant affection and loyalty. Leonard was recently rescued from the streets of downtown Toronto. In February 2016 some ACR volunteers and local residents began seeing a very timid brown tabby in their yards. 1 such resident began feeding him at her back door. He would come for food but seemed to be extremely afraid and would not allow her to approach him. The Annex Cat Rescue made it possible for Leonard to be brought to a veterinary clinic to be examined neutered and vaccinated. After his visit to the veterinarian he came back to stay with the same caring person who had fed and rescued him while he was homeless and scared. Then something lovable happened... ...
